Inquiries for admissions are invited from chiropractors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, psychologists, veterinarians and others.   These health professionals may have completed many, if not all, of the basic sciences and western medical subjects required in the curriculum.  By transferring in these courses, their program length and unit requirements are reduced.  They, too, earn the Master of Science in Oriental Medicine degree at the completion of their studies.

Samra University's program has received much attention from physicians trained abroad who now reside in the United States and are not yet licensed as physicians.  The University offers an alternative career for some, or an opportunity for supplemental study.
